Is this what the new LGA money will be spent on?
At the corner of Broadway and Central during the summer of 2007, I watched the following:
1. Start with a perfectly good fence.
2. Cut out a section
3. Insert cultural symbol.
4. Repeat about 15 times.
UPDATE:
Now I find out that there is talk about moving the symbols. They were just installed in the summer of 2007.
5. Move the ethnic symbols on the overpass at Broadway and Central to an area where they are displayed and identified, such as at a park or in a local gallery
